fernandes.studio (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Fernandes Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), a family-run endeavour showcasing the original artwork of Renatha Fernandes. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is currently used to display artwork and receive inquiries. It does not process direct online payments or sales at this time.

All artwork images, photographs, text, and other content displayed on this Site are the property of Fernandes Studio and are protected by copyright law. The paintings depicted are owned by the Fernandes family, and all rights in the artwork and its reproduction are reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site — including artwork images — without prior written consent from Fernandes Studio. Requests for permission can be made via our Contact page.

Inquiries submitted through the Contact page are used solely to respond to your request regarding artwork, commissions, or related questions. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute a purchase, order, or reservation of any artwork.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure artwork descriptions, dimensions, and availability are accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information on the Site is complete, current, or error-free. Some dimensions currently listed are approximate pending final physical measurement.

This Site uses third-party services, including Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics, and Sentry for error monitoring. Your use of the Site is also subject to how these services collect and process data — see our Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to use this Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with its normal operation.

The Site and its content are provided “as is.” Fernandes Studio shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

This Site links to third-party websites, including our fundraiser page on Milaap. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or any transactions conducted on those external sites. Donations made via Milaap are a transaction between you and Milaap, governed by Milaap’s own terms and policies.
